All items we sell are guaranteed. They're guaranteed to work and guaranteed to be exactly what we describe them as. If an item is purchased and you are not satisfied as described, we will take it back and give a full refund, within 30 days after being received, no hassles. Less a 5% restock fee, all shipping costs even if purchased with free shipping.

  Items must be in the exact original condition (meaning the same condition as it was when it left our store), with all accessories, tags, labels, bags, packing, and boxes.

If an item is not working correctly after 30 days, Contact the manufacturer, most early repair needs may be covered under manufacturer's warranty.

Items sent back must have a R.A.N. Number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box, otherwise it may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. To request a Return Authorization Number write to; AcapaLs We will contact you within 24 - 48 hours, Monday thru Saturday. An RA is valid for 10 days. Please return to:

Unless otherwise indicated you are responsible for all returns shipping and insurance charges. AcapaLs is not liable for lost returned items via your carrier, nor pays return shipping costs. Any packages arriving C.O.D. or damaged will be refused. Ship your items freight pre-paid back with a traceable service like FedEx or UPS and keep the tracking number. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you are responsible for any loss or damage.

 Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase will be credited to PayPal . Allow up to 14 days from when we accept the returned Product for your credit processing. Additional charges may be assessed for any missing Product items such as manuals and/or accessories.
