1. I'm having trouble locating a specific product. How do I navigate your Website? To help you navigate our website and find specific information, we've provided a navigation bar at the left side of every page. You can also find an item using the search box. Enter the name or product and click "Search". Products that match your information will be displayed. For example, typing "Dulcimers" in the search box will display all the Dulcimer product information available. If you feel you need a little extra help, or am having trouble finding an item feel free to send an e-mail with your question. We will be delighted to answer your question.
2. Would it be faster if I call you to make a purchase ? Simply put; No. Make no mistake, We truly enjoy talking to our customers and friends, But the internet process is the best simply because it's the fastest. No lost calls, no waiting on hold, No Phone Tag. We always answer our emails. Plus It's 24-7 service.

4. How Do I Pay for Purchases ? We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: Domestic, PayPal, Money Order, Personal Check. International; PayPal only. Some auction sites restrict payment options. We are unable to accept C.O.D.s or wire transfers.
We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service); Domestic orders should arrive within 4 to 8 business days. International 1 to 2 weeks.
6. Can I have my purchase shipped to a PO Box, APO or FPO address ? USPS ( United States Postal service) will ship anywhere. UPS (United Parcel Service) requires a Valid Street address and will not ship to; P.O. Box, APO and FPO, and RR# Boxes. 7. I'm from outside the USA, can I have my order shipped to me? Yes we ship Internationally.
8. IF I order out of stock items ? If AcapaLs Music runs out of stock of an item that you are interested in buying we will send a email. When it's restocked we'll contact you again.
9. What are your website shopping hours? You can browse and purchase products 24 hours a day, everyday. Order processing is during weekday business hours.
